Enschede does it all the time. Wrong Perf. 14½ instead of 12 3/4 (18 perfs on each side instead of 16). These stamps were printed for subscribers, FDCs and packs. Only 230.000 sets exist of which appr. 1/3 are on FDCs, 2/3 are almost all mint, 30.000 of these sets were placed for sale at "Frimerketjenesten", Oslo.  4-figured numbers only excist on stamps with wrong perfs. Covers are scarce
