Norwegian Post split in two sections

 

 


This souvenirsheet was given free to customers at the post offices from September 5th. The left stamp can be bought at the Post Offices from normal self adhesive sheets of 20 and has the status of official Norwegian stamp. The right one is not for sale, it is a personalized stamp issued by Bring (servicing companies in the Nordic Countries). Both stamps are of course valied for postage and can be used by anyone.

Stamps with the most used postage rates are sold in boxes of 100 self adhesive stamps in coil. Starting in 1999, so far, 27 (+ shades, paper and perforation differences)  different stamps have been sold from boxes.
