  A very limited number (500) of the 8,50 kr PFE-stamp on fluorecent paper was offered for sale late November. This will be rare!!       It can be distingvished from the ATM-label by the position and colour of the value-figures. ATM-label at top (position varies), PFE-stamp at bottom

The new type of International Reply Coupon is now released in Norway. The new type is of the Beijing Design and will be numbered Pe32. 20.000 were received from UPU on November 6th. The new IRC is valid till 31.12.2009. Post Office Selling Price is still NOK 15.

 Stamps with the most used postage rates are sold in boxes of 100 self adhesive stamps in coil. Starting in 1999, so far, 16 different stamps have been sold from boxes.
